摘要The engineering of a novel dualmodality imaging probe is reported here by intrinsically labeling zirconium-89 (Zr-89, a positron emission radioisotope with a half-life of 78.4 h) to PEGylated Gd2O2S:Eu nanophorphors, forming [Zr-89]Gd2O2S:Eu@PEG for in vivo positron emission tomography/radioluminescence lymph node mapping.
