显微镜下两层物体的快速自动对焦算法

Abstract针对显微镜下两层物体的大规模图像采集问题,提出了基于图像边缘和邻域预测快速自动对焦算法。通过提取成像主体的边缘区域作为对焦窗口,结合线性预测方法,实现了既保持上层成像目标清晰,又有效抑制下层背景干扰的自动对焦系统。实验表明该算法在对焦速度、对焦精度以及抵抗背景干扰方面有突出优点。
