Null space pursuit based on three order linear differential operator

AbstractThe operator-based signal separation approach uses an adaptive operator to separate a signal into additive subcomponents which are in the null space of a three order linear differential operator. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method by processing several signals. Finally, an example of our proposed algorithm compared to the empirical mode decomposition algorithm is given. The experimental results show that our proposed algorithm is better than empirical mode decomposition algorithm.
