Other Abstract鞋底生产过程中人工排产的方式很难合理的优化配置资源,一定程度制约了其高效的生产。本文根据国内某大型鞋底生产企业的生产工艺建立了计划与调度的框架,详细介绍了其大底生产、中底生产、贴合工艺流程,提出了三级排产模型分层次的对排产过程进行控制,以最大化企业利润为目标,对该订单模型进行建模并采用蚁群算法进行求解,给出了详细的算法步骤。仿真结果表明,采用该模型得到的生产甘特图可以指导企业进行合理的生产。; The manual scheduling method for sole production is not competent for the optimal allocation of resources, as a result, its production efficiency is limited. In this paper, a sole production planning and scheduling framework is established according to the production process of a large sole production company. The paper also introduces the main production process of outsole, midsole and bonding, then propose a three-layed scheduling model to control the whole process of production. After that, the paper presented a model of sequencing orders and employs ant colony algorithm(ACA) to find the optimal solution for this model and gives the detailed algorithm steps. The experimental result indicates that the Gantt chart obtained from this model can guide enterprises to carry out reasonable production.
