基于平行系统的非常规突发事件计算实验平台研究

Abstract
针对非常规突发事件应急管理的特点,在平行系统基本思想的基础上,提出了一
种高性能、可扩展、可定制、开放交互的突发事件动态模拟仿真与计算实验平台设计框
架,讨论了平台体系结构、人工社会构建、人工社会培育、计算实验过程的管理与控制、
平行系统协同演化、应急管理情景可视化等关键技术。该平台集成突发事件计算实验
的各类基础资源和工具,通过组合和配置,可以支持对不同类型突发事件的人工社会建
模、计算实验与平行控制和管理。平台将实现基于突发事件情景的应急建模、培训、措
施评估、平行管理与控制,能够大幅提升非常规突发事件的应急准备、响应及管理控制的能力。
Other Abstract
This paper presents a novel computational experimental framework to facilitate decision-making for emergency response. The proposed framework and its implementation as an integrated platform are based on the design ideas of parallel systems and meet the challenging requirements of next-generation simulation for management of unexpected emergencies. This platform is customizable and extensible with open standards. We present in this paper the architectural design of this platform and its key technical elements
including initiation and development of artificial societies,setup and management of computational experiments,cooperative evolution of parallel systems,and visualization of emergency scenarios. This platform can be used to facilitate decision-making in emergency response,help training of emergency response personnel,and assess response strategies.
