摘要现代指挥控制系统就是通常所说的C3I系统,它是指挥(Command)、控制 (Control)、通讯(Communication)和情报(Intelligence)的英语缩写。本文在现有指 挥控制系统研究成果的基础上,结合最新的智能技术和决策方法,侧重于研究指 挥控制系统中适于辅助决策的一些算法,如威胁判断问题的算法、武器目标分配 问题的算法、解命中问题的算法。另外,根据兵器95预研项目“战斗车辆火控 系统优化及高级控制算法研究”的要求,本文还重点研究了武器系统总体设计综 合技术问题,概述了武器系统综合技术在指挥控制系统中的重要性,提出了武器 系统效能费用分析的理论算法,详细讨论了如何用实例推理的方法来确定武器系 统的指标体系。 本论文的主要研究内容和贡献有: 1.首先,详细地综述了指挥控制系统与控制科学的重要关系。给出了指挥 控制系统的概念和特点。指出了指挥控制系统的一般性问题和值得研究的理论问 题。并详述智能信息技术(如人工神经网络、模糊集理论、遗传算法)在指挥控 制系统中的应用研究状况及前景。最后,讨论了武器系统总体设计综合技术的重 要性及过程。 2.其次,建立了武器目标分配问题的数学模型。通过此数学模型,提出两 种解武器目标分配问题的算法。一是采用二值神经网络方法解武器目标分配问 题,此算法收敛速度快,可满足实时性要求,所得的结果至少是一个满意解,符 合精度要求,另外,此算法的程序设计简单,适合于并行处理。二是采用组合算 法来解武器目标分配问题。组合算法就是将神经网络方法所得的分配结果作为遗 传算法的初始值,进一步优化神经网络方法的分配结果。利用遗传算法的成就在 于建立了个体的编码结构,使武器目标分配问题与遗传算法对应起来。 3.第三,威胁判断问题的算法研究。提出采用模糊运算来确定目标的威胁 程度。模糊运算法同过去的方法相比,优点在于能将影响威胁程度的主要因素综 合起来,较为客观地反应出影响因素的不确定性。因此用此方法求得的目标威胁 程度更为科学合理。 4.第四,解命中问题的算法研究。提出了一种快速解命中的改进算法。提 议的算法是将简单迭代法、改进迭代法和快速迭代法相结合的改进算法。证明了 此改进算法具有二阶收敛性。并对此算法和其它三种算法进行仿真研究,结果表 明,此算法能明显提高解算精度,减小计算量,缩短迭代时间。 5.第五,武器系统总体设计综合技
其他摘要Current Command and Control System is the C3I system; C3I is the acronym of command, control, communication and intelligence. On the basis of the current research achievements of Command and Control System, the importance of this thesis is that some algorithms concerning the auxiliary decisions are investigated deeply by using the intelligent technology and the decision methods. These algorithms can solve threat judgement problem, weapon-target assignment problem and quick hit solving problem, respectively. In addition, another importance of this thesis is to research on total design integration technology (TDIT) of weapon systems. It is summarized that TDIT plays an important role in the development of weapon systems. The computing methods about the cost-effective are proposed. And it is discussed in detail that how to use the case-based reasoning method to define the index system of weapon systems. The main research topics and contributions of this paper-includes: 1. Firstly, summarizing the important relation between the Command and Control System and the control science. Given the concept and some characteristics of the Command and Control System. The general and theoretical problems, solved or unsolved, are pointed out. The application situations and prospects of intelligent information technology are presented detailedly in the Command and Control System. In the end, the importance and process of TDIT is depicted in weapon systems. 2. Secondly, a kind of math model on weapon-target assignment (WTA) is built. Through the model, two algorithms are proposed which can be used to solve WTA problem. One is that two-state neural networks are used to solve WTA problem, the other is that a composite algorithm is used to solve-this problem. The former has three advantages: ① It has high convergent speed. So it meets the need of real-time conditions. ② Its results, if not an opti,num solution, must be a satisfactory solution at least. ③ The programming design of this algorithm is simple and it adapts to concurrent procession. The latter uses the primary solution obtained by the tow-state neural networks as the initial value of genetic algorithms (GA). The solution achieved by neural networks is further optimized. The coding configuration of GA is the key factor because the code must correspond to the WTA problem 3.Thirdly, Researching on threat judgement problem. The threatening degrees (TDs) of targets are determined by a new method based on fuzzy operations. The proposed method expresses the TD of each factor very approximately by the triangular fuzzy numbers. Through the operation, the fuzzy numbers expressing the TDs of factors are synthesized to achieve a comprehensive fuzz7 number. Then a defiuzzified value of the comprehensive fuzzy number i
