Abstract在过去的几十年中,工业综合控制系统得到了长足的发展,涌现出了包括 PLC系统、DCS系统、FCS系统等非常优秀的综合控制系统。这些综合控制系 统大多在工业生产中得到广泛的应用,给社会带来巨大的经济利益。然而上述 的综合控制系统设备投入过大,并且在体系结构方面很难满足社会对开放性和 网络互联特性的要求。 基于PC的综合控制软件系统是继PLC系统、DCS系统和FCS系统之后出 现的新一代综合控制系统,业已成为国际控制界研究的热点之一。基于PC的综 合控制软件系统以其小型化、网络化等特点,必将成为新一代的主流控制软件 系统。本文作者顺应这一时代潮流,并根据中小企业综合控制系统应用的实际 需求,研究并初步开发了基于PC的综合控制软件系统。 本论文以作者完成的基于PC的综合控制软件系统开发与研究课题为基础, 详细论述了综合控制系统的发展与变迁、基于PC的综合控制软件系统的支撑环 境和总体结构、基于PC的综合控制软件系统的总体设计和基于PC的综合控制 软件系统的详细设计和实现等内容。全文共分5章,各章介绍内容如下: 1、介绍了综合控制系统的发展与变迁,分析了不同的控制系统的优缺点; 2、介绍了基于PC的综合控制软件系统的支撑环境和总体结构; 3、介绍了基于PC的综合控制软件系统的总体设计,分析了各部分的功能; 4、介绍了基于PC的综合控制软件系统的详细设计和具体实现方案; 5、对全文进行了总结,并指出了该课题今后进一步研发方向。 本篇论文作者的主要贡献在于: 1、进行了深入的产品调研工作,详细研究了相关的国际国内规范; 2、结合国内中小企业控制系统的具体需求,提出了基于PC的综合控制系 统的需求分析方案; 3、自主提出了基于PC的综合控制软件系统的整体解决方案; 4、初步实现了基于PC的综合控制软件系统,并在系统的可调度性分析等 方面进行了有意义的尝试。
Other AbstractThe past decades saw a remarkable development in control systems used in industry. Those excellent control systems include PLC system, DCS system and FCS system. They are widely used in industry and bring great benefits to our society. However, those control systems are too expensive in investment, and their architectures can't satisfy today's requirement. This dissertation is based on the author's research in "R&D on PC based control software system". It discusses the development of control systems, the supporting environments and architecture of PC based control system, schematic design of PC based control system and detailed design and realization of PC based control system. The dissertation is divided into five chapters, which includes: 1, the development of control systems and the strongpoint and shortcoming of different control systems; 2, introduction of the supporting environment and architecture of PC based control system; 3, introduction of the schematic design of PC based control system; 4, the detailed design and implementation of PC based control system; 5, At last, the summary of the dissertation is given, and besides, some ideas and advice for the next aim of current system are listed. The main contribution includes: 1, Do in-depth investigation of existing related software products and do research in related national standards and international standards; 2, According to the requirements of control systems used in medium and small plants, put forward the requirement of PC based control software system; 3, Give a whole solution to PC based control software system independently; 4, Implement a prototype of PC based control software system and do significant attempts in the scheduling of control system.
