Abstract实时数据库系统在企业信息系统中正在越来越多的被采用。目前国内流行的实时数据库系统大部分都是国外产品,国内相对缺乏自主产品,因此本文针对工控领域中实时数据库所进行的研究对开发国产的实时数据库产品具有强烈的现实意义。 基于多现场总线和 Internet 的自动化系统(MFIAS)是一个中科院自动化所自主开发的企业综合自动化信息集成平台。本文以 MFIAS 中实时数据库MFIAS-RTDB 的研发为背景,从工控领域中实时数据库的特点、需求分析出发,研究其设计和实现的一些关键问题,并结合实际工程项目讨论了基于实时数据库的综合自动化系统工程化应用。 论文主要针对工控领域中实时数据库设计和开发过程中面临的一些共性问题,试给出了解决策略和实现方法。本文的主要工作及创新之处体现在以下几个方面: 1) 在阅读大量文献资料和广泛的产品调研基础上,回顾和总结了目前实时数据库实现技术、产品发展现状; 2) 分析了工控领域区别于其他领域中实时数据库的特点和功能需求,并在研究其他国外相关产品的基础上,给出了用于工控领域的实时数据库MFIAS-RTDB 的系统设计; 3) 研究了 MFIAS-RTDB 实时数据库实现的关键问题,主要包括 Windows NT 平台下的实时任务处理、实时数据压缩、OPC 接口开发等; 4) 以往实时数据库的理论研究和原型开发大多集中在实时操作系统上,本文则针对 Windows NT 通用操作系统上的一些难点进行了研究和实现; 5) 结合工程项目,介绍了基于实时数据库的企业综合自动化系统的网络结构、系统结构和信息集成方法,对同类行业中的基于实时数据库的企业实时信息集成或综合自动化系统的工程化具有通用性。
Other AbstractIn recent years, the enterprise information system based on the real-time data-base system (RTDBS) is getting more attentions. However, the foreign RTDB prod-ucts dominate the domestic marketplace, because there is lack of the independent RTDB products in our country. Consequently, our research work in this paper has a realistic meaning. Multi-Fieldbus and Internet based Automation System (MFIAS) is an enterprise integrated automation information integration platform, which is independently de-veloped by Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Under research background of R&D of MFIAS-RTDB, several aspects which include features, re-quirements, some key techniques of design and implementation of the RTDB in the industrial control domain, are discussed in this dissertation. To many common problems in R&D of the RTDB in the industrial control do-main, the solution and implementation methods are discussed in the paper. Our re-search works are composed of five parts as following. 1) According to extensive acquaintance of other research works and products, we systematically review and give a summary of the RTDB techniques and products. 2) Base on analysis of features and functional requirements of the RTDB in the industrial control domain, the architecture and system design of MIFAS-RTDB are proposed and discussed. 3) Many key techniques of the RTDB implementation, especially real time task scheduling in Windows NT OS and real time data compressing, are studied and dis-cussed, 4) More attentions are placed on the real time operating system in RTDB re-search work in most case in the past, but more attentions are paid to the general purpose operating system such Windows NT in this dissertation. 5) The network structures, system structures, and information integration of the enterprise integrated automation system based on the RTDB, are presented in detail.
