Abstract现场总线技术是目前国际上过程控制领域中的一个热点问题。HART协议 作为现场总线中的过渡性协议,它同时兼容模拟信号和数字信号。目前国内的 主要仪表企业已经开始生产HART智能设备。智能设备需要相应的设备管理软 件给予支持,以发挥其最大功效;同时为了打破国外大公司的垄断,促进民族 工业的发展,国家设立了九五攻关项目——基于HART协议的现场总线控制系 统。本文是作者在参加上述国家攻关项目中所做研究工作的基础上完成的。 作者参加的是九五攻关项目“基于HART协议的新一代全分布式控制系统 研究和开发”专题中的“基于HART协议的设备管理系统软件(HDMS)”分专 题的研究工作,因此本文主要介绍的是HDMS的设计和实现。全文共分五章, 主要内容如下: 1. 阐述了现场总线的定义、发展和现状,通过对比现场总线控制系统FCS 和传统的DCS系统,得出:现场总线技术是今后工业自动化领域的主流 技术。 2. 简要介绍了HART协议的技术规范,包括:HART 协议的物理层,数据 链路层,应用层以及设备描述语言DDL。 3.介绍了HDMS的需求分析和总体设计。 4. 阐述了HDMS的详细设计和实现。这一章是全文的重点,其中对HART 扩展命令的处理以及OPC接口的实现是整个HDMS中的关键技术。 5. 介绍了HDMS在山东曲阜三孔啤酒有限公司进行的应用工程,并对下一步 的研究工作提出了有益的建议。 HDMS的初期成果在98年五月的多国仪器仪表展览会上首次展出并获得好 评,随后在应用工程中受到厂家的称赞。在2000年4月18日,HDMS通过了 该专题的国家九五项目验收。HDMS的下一个目标是:成为一个真正的商业软 件。
Other AbstractFieldbus technology is a hotspot in the Process Control Industry all over the world. HART protocol,as the transitional Fieldbus protocol,preserves the 4-20 mA signal and enables two-way digital communications to occur without disturbing the integrity of the 4-20 mA signal.Now the primary domestic manufacturers have started producing HART smart devices.In order to exert the most capacities of these smart devices.the corresponding software is urgently required to support them.At the same time,to break the monopoly of the foreign corporations,and to promote the development of the national industry, the project--HART Protocol Based Fieldbus Control System-- was set up as the 9th 5-Year-Plan National Key Development Project.This thesis is just based on the research work the author participated in the key project. What the exact subject the author participated is the "HART Device Management System" ,HDMS for short.So the thesis is mainly to introduce the design and implement of HDMS.The dissertation is divided to five chapters,which include: 1.The conception of Fieldbus is discussed.The history of Fieldbus development and some of its current protocols are also introduced.By comparing the Fieldbus Control System with traditional DCS system,readers can draw a conclusion: Fieldbus Technology is the irresistible trend in the future Industrial Automation Field. 2.The HART protocol specifications.which include Physical Layer, Data Link Layer, Application Layer Specification and Device Describe Language,are briefly analyzed. 3.The demand analysis and overall design of HDMS are introduced. 4.Detailed explanation for design and implement of HDMS.The two most important key technologies,the method of dealing with HART special commands and the implement of OPC server interfaces,are stressed. 5.The sample application of HDMS in Shandong Province is introduced.At last,the summary of the dissertation is given,and besides,some existing problems in current system are listed. The early version of HDMS was exhibited in MICONEX 98'in May 1 998 and won high evaluation.Then in the later sample application,it was praised by the user. On April 18,2000,HDMS passed the final national approval.The next aim of HDMS is to be commercial software.
