Abstract温室效应,环境污染,资源的日益匮乏,人类对自然环境越来越关注,越来越需要新技术来替代当前的能量转化技术,而燃料电池由于其低污染,低噪音,高转化效率受到研究人员的关注。燃料电池从50年代开始,不断地取得突破,尤其是质子交换膜燃料电池,已经在很多的领域取得了应用,如燃料电池汽车,燃料电池充电器等等。但燃料电池要能大规模的应用还需要很多方面的突破,如新材料的应用,已有结构性能的改善。尤其是后者,如何更有效的应用燃料电池是燃料电池应用的关键之一。将已有的燃料电池技术更有效的应用,并对其的性能做出改进。 本文首先根据模拟器设计的需要,结合国际上燃料电池模型研究的成果,提出模拟器所需要燃料电池模型的标准,综合了已有的燃料电池模型,能较为精确的仿真实际燃料电池的特性。通用化、模块化的设计,再加上友好的界面,可以为研究人员提供一个燃料电池系统辅助设计,燃料电池系统优化设计,系统特点展示提供一个较为强大的工具。 论文的主要内容及创新之处如下: 1) 介绍燃料电池的应用,对其已有的模拟器进行了详细的分析,归纳了各种模拟器的优缺点。确定了本文燃料电池模拟器所需要达到的目标。 2) 根据燃料电池模拟器的目标,提出了模拟器所使用的模型的标准,如动态模型,二维,所需要描述燃料电池那些方面的特性,有些燃料电池特性对于燃料电池的设计影响较小,可以忽略。最后介绍了各个燃料电池部件的模型。 3)构建了燃料电池的模块库,该库基于Matlab/Simulink toolbox,在该库中包含较多的燃料电池的部件,同一型号的部件可以应用在不同燃料电池系统中,有一定的复用性。 4) 燃料电池模拟器的设计,构建燃料电池模拟器,使其能够达到以下的目标:通用型,模块化,精确性,用户友好,可设计性等。然后介绍燃料电池模拟器是如何实现,实现的原理。 5) 介绍了燃料电池模拟器的使用,提供了一个简单燃料电池模拟器在设计燃料电池系统所能起到的作用。 6) 归纳总结这种燃料电池模拟器是否达到了最后的设计目标,还有那些可以改进的地方。
Other AbstractFor the increasing environment pollution, green house effect and lack of resource, new power conversion technologies are needed to replace the current one. Fuel cells have many advantages, such as low pollution, high efficiency and litter noise. So, this technology gets more and more interest from researchers and industry engineers. Since 1950s, the research of fuel cells has made many breakthroughs and has been vastly used in many areas, such as fuel cell cars and fuel cell chargers. However, if we want fuel cell to be produced in great amount, there are still many problems to be overcome. The use of new materials and optimization of the current structure of fuel cells can provide ways to solve these problems. Especially later on, it is the focus of engineers. Thus, tools that can simulate a real fuel cell system can give them a great help. This thesis includes the following: First, the use of fuel cells and existing fuel cell simulators in the market is introduced, and advantages and disadvantages of each one are discussed. After that, the design aim of a PEM FC simulator is proposed. Second, according to the requirements of a simulator, the qualification on the model of this simulator is given, including whether it needs to be a dynamic model and which properties of fuel cells are needed. At the end of this chapter, the mode of each part of the fuel cell system is described. Third, the design of this simulator and its detailed implementation are described. How is the model modularized? How can a very friendly interface be provided to the user? These questions are answered in this chapter. Finally, it concludes that this simulator has achieved its design aim and is useful in the research of fuel cells.
