Abstract本发明涉及一种生物荧光图像中自体荧光干扰的去除方法,该方法包括以下步骤:获取不同波长的激发荧光图像一和激发荧光图像二;将激发荧光图像一和激发荧光图像二按照相同方式划分成多个尺寸相等的块,在激发荧光图像一和激发荧光图像二中对应位置的两个块构成测试小组;将每个测试小组的激发荧光图像一和激发荧光图像二中像素和的比值大于阈值的测试小组作为种子小组;使用自适应的聚类分析方法,按距离度量将各种子小组组合为多个荧光小区;以每个荧光小区作为种子点,在激发荧光图像一中采用种子漫水法筛选出有用荧光信号。本方法能够有效地筛选出多个有用荧光区域并同时去除自体荧光的干扰,在激发荧光分子成像领域有重要的应用价值。
