Abstract本发明是荧光分子成像装置,包括激发模块和成像模块两部分组成。激发模块由激发光源、激发滤光轮和激发滤光片、一分多束光纤组成。成像模块由CCD相机、镜头、镜头调节单元、发射滤光轮、发射滤光片、成像腔组成。激发光源产生激发光先经过激发滤光轮中的激发滤光片后,产生的某一设定波段的激发光,经由一根光纤将激发光均匀的照射到被检测物体上,被检测物体受激发产生波长较激发光更长的荧光信号,信号通过镜头前的发射滤光轮组的发射滤光片后,将这一特定的发射荧光信号由CCD相机接收,最后转换成图像信号在计算机中显示。本发明设计结构简单,操作方便,费用低,可广泛应用于医学影像等领域。
