Abstract	本发明公开了一种光学投影断层成像旋转中心的定位方法。该方法通过将X射线计算机断层成像领域中的基于质心轨迹的旋转中心计算方法引入光学投影断层成像领域，同时结合基于重建图像均方差的旋转中心精细定位方法，能针对不同的实验情况，实现自动、快速、精确的旋转中心定位。
