Abstract本发明公开了一种用于精密装配中薄壁(10-200微米)圆柱筒形零件内壁夹持装置和方法。本发明基于显微视觉图像和夹持反馈力信息,通过控制直线电机运动实现夹持的闭环控制。夹持过程中显微视觉摄像头安装在夹持端上方,根据显微视觉图像控制夹持装置靠近零件,当夹持装置和零件接触后通过微力传感器感知夹持力,根据反馈力信号控制夹持装置运动。实验证明,本发明能够提高薄壁圆柱筒形零件夹持的准确性和可靠性,能够实现零件的无损夹持,满足精密装配的需求。
