| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种基于拼合螺旋扫描方式的光学投影断层成像方法，包括：将同一高度、同一角度、不同探测器位置的投影图拼合成一个水平方向能覆盖所有样本的投影图，进而将多个局部螺旋投影数据拼合为一个整体螺旋投影数据；根据拼合后每幅投影图的轴向位置和扫描角度，计算出整个三维重建体的轴向视野；将三维重建体划分为多个轴向待重建断层，将每个轴向待重建断层对应的投影行进行数据重排，获得轴向待重建断层对应的正弦图；以及利用圆轨道滤波反投影方法将正弦图重建为断层图像，然后将各断层图像依次叠加在一起便得到三维重建体。利用本发明，能够有效的扩展光学投影断层成像的视野，提高成像系统对大尺寸物体的成像能力。 |
