Abstract本发明公开了本发明涉及一种能够检测工件轮廓并实时调整磨削轨迹的机器人磨削系统,该系统由机器人(1)、工件轮廓检测单元(2)、电主轴单元(3)、砂轮磨损检测单元(4)、磨削力检测单元(5)和系统控制主机(6)组成。本发明通过检测砂轮与工件之间磨削力、工件轮廓的三维测量数据,以及砂轮的磨损程度,通过控制算法控制砂轮的进给速度和转动速度,实现对工件表面的自动化磨削。
