Abstract本发明公开了一种悬臂末端振动分析与误差补偿方法,其中,悬臂低频振动由基体Stewart平台模拟,执行器末端位置误差由定位Stewart平台依据激光位移传感器测得值进行补偿;悬臂高频振动由基体Stewart平台提供参数化标准激励的缩小一定比例的悬臂模拟,执行器末端位置误差由悬臂分布参数动力学模型与力传感器测得值得到,由定位Stewart平台依据对其进行补偿,其补偿效果由激光位移传感器评定。本发明依据悬臂精确动力学模型和力传感器测得值得到的悬臂末端位置误差,提高了定位Stewart平台的误差补偿的精度和效率;同时,利用定位Stewart平台补偿悬臂低/高频振动引起的位置误差,提高了执行器的静态和动态定位精度。
