Abstract本发明公开了一种无人动力三角翼刹车位移测量装置及其标定方法,该装置包括拉线座、刹车线、拉线编码器、拉线编码器拉线、信号线和DSP板;拉线座固定在刹车踏板上;刹车线一端连接在拉线座上,一端连接在刹车盘上;拉线编码器与轮叉固定连接;拉线编码器拉线的一端从拉线编码器中伸出后固定在刹车线上;拉线编码器通过信号线与DSP板连接,并向该DSP板传送拉线位移信号;DSP板根据该位线位移信号计算刹车线的位移。本发明在不影响原有前轮操纵力矩和制动力力学结构的基础上,增加新的测量装置,不会影响飞机地面滑跑的操纵安全;可以对自主起降滑跑过程的无人动力三角翼的刹车位移进行实时测量,完成实时数据的高速率采集。
