Abstract本发明公开了一种复合材料剪切导向一体化装置,该装置包括:驱动模块,安装于机架上,与导向剪切刀的顶部螺纹连接,用于驱动导向剪切刀产生直线运动;导向剪切刀,安装于导向刀台的导向槽孔内,由驱动模块驱动,用于对复合材料纤维丝束进行剪切;导向刀台,安装于机架上,用于对剪切导向一体化装置的剪切运动进行导向;外切刀安装于导向刀台上,用于与导向剪切刀配对使用,实现对纤维丝束的导向和剪切。本发明将丝束导向和剪切装置融为一体,通过剪切机构的动作主动辅助丝束在导向装置内通行,从而提高了丝束剪切后重送的可靠性,避免了丝束在铺放过程中越位跑偏和嵌入连接缝隙等问题,同时也极大限度地缩少了机构体积,减轻了质量。
