Abstract一种石油钻机的可视化操纵液压控制系统,包括:可视化人机交互设备,其提供交互界面以选择操作对象、设置参数并选择操作动作,并对所选择和设置的信息进行编码及纠错处理;可编程数字信号处理设备,用于从可视化人机交互设备接收经编码和纠错处理后的信息,并进行验错、解码和数模转换处理,生成模拟电触发信号;液压执行设备,用于根据所述模拟电触发信号对所述石油钻机的液压进行控制。本发明通过交互界面输入对石油钻机的液压系统进行精确控制,并利用触摸屏进行可视化操作方式,避免手动控制的误操作,操作方便,动作灵敏,控制精确。
