Other AbstractChina's small and medium-sized motor manufacturing enterprises generally have the phenomenon of backward production equipment, so the effective management of equipment and effective monitoring of production is not enough. However, the replacement of intelligent equipment is bound to pay a high cost, so how to effectively integrate resources on the basis of existing equipment, to achieve the management of intelligent management is the most urgent need to solve the problem. A motor production enterprise applies the RFID sensing technology and intelligent control technology to transform the original hydraulic equipment into intelligent terminal with network and perception. In this process, the key problems of equipment reconstruction, such as equipment state setting and application process, are solved, and the effective equipment management and production process real time monitoring management are realized.Through the application of the system, the equipment utilization rate increased by 60%, and the accuracy of die replacement to 100%, the production process of real-time monitoring, production quality and production efficiency has been significantly improved.
