英文摘要 | In early 1990s, a team of Chinese scientists, conducted by Professor H. S. Tsien, first introduced the concept of"Open Complex Giant Systems" (OCGS) by studying a certain kind of complex systems, and proposed the methodology - Metasynthesis from qualitative to quantitative analysis (Metasynthesis), to study and resolve these problems. Also as an application, the Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering (HWME) was introduced, and that was the dawn of study of system complexity and complex systems in China. The HWME is human-machine collaborative, experts-knowledge-computer networks triadic, giant intelligent decision making system, where man plays a leading role. HWME is neither a collection of formulas, nor is it an abstract framework built on several axioms. The essential point of the HWME is to combine the wisdom of experts with the intelligence of computers, and with all sorts of data and information, as well as to combine theories of different disciplines with knowledge of man to build a man-machine collaborative intelligent system and a problem-solving system. Applying this methodology could be a success as it fully utilizes the holistic advantages and integrative advantages of the system. Its core theory is to complement the human mind and machine intelligence with each other and to synthesize them into a whole. Man is the main component of this system. How to organize the experts by using an effective discussing routine, and make them contribute their knowledge and energy to the full extent to reach a perfect solution to the complex problems, and call full play of the power of HWME, is our current task. This dissertation presents a brief introduction to the principal theoretical framework of Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering, and some issues on organization and administration involved. It mainly studies the discussion process, group thinking and group decision making applications in the problem-solving system within the framework of the HWME. It addresses the basic theory, problems and appications of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is applied to group thought convergence in the HWME. The following are the details: (1) Looking back into the origin of the study of science of complexity, as well as its main genres or schools and its progress; Establishment of the theory of the HWME and its further development as well as current status. (2) Looking back into the origin of organization and administration, and operations research, which are in an important relationship with the HWME, as well as their development and research progress. These sciences and technologies are no doubt the bases and prior conditions of the HWME. In point of the nature of the HWME, the Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering is a giant intelligent administration system, an operational research system, and a problem-solving system in the modern infomation and network technolog |
