摘要RFID与传送带相结合的应用在现代化制造业生产线上扮演着重要的角色,可以有效地节省货品在不同区域之间传送的时间和人力成本,极大地提高生产效率,但制造业生产线上环境复杂多变,RFID读写器对于标签群的读取情况受到很多因素的影响,包括设备本身和应用现场环境等,会导致读取的稳定性不好,正确率不高,经常出现漏读和误读现象,严重影响产线自动化和物流自动化的实现。 针对上述问题,本文研究了一套在实验室环境下模拟制造业生产线实际情况的制造物流检测通道系统,用于研究使得标签群的读取率达到最高的RFID设备部署方式,指导实际生产线上RFID设备的部署。其主要研究内容如下: 1. 根据制造业生产线上的实际需求,设计检测通道系统的总体方案。检测通道系统包括硬件系统、支撑控制软件、控制平台软件、测试用例及应用五个部分,可以实现模拟传送带运送货品,同时读取货品上的电子标签,并进行测试实验的功能。 2. 设计并实现检测通道硬件系统,其包括自动导航车(Automated Guided Vehicle、AGV)、电子标签、检测通道、读写器及读写器天线、控制平台五个模块,检测通道由导轨、屏蔽罩及PLC导轨控制器组成,其作用为承载读写器天线,并控制读写器天线运动;AGV的作用为模拟传送带运送货品,并通过旋转运动改变读写器天线与电子标签的夹角;控制平台的作用为控制检测通道系统。 3. 设计并实现检测通道软件系统。软件系统包括支撑控制软件和控制平台软件两个部分。其中,支撑控制软件分为AGV控制软件和导轨控制软件;AGV控制软件控制AGV的运动,导轨控制软件控制位于通道导轨上的读写器天线的定长运动和点动运动。控制平台软件为检测通道软件系统的核心部分,分为AGV控制模块、导轨控制模块、读写器控制模块及测试数据分析模块,用于控制整个检测通道系统。 4. 设计测试用例,考虑标签的移动速度、标签的黏贴位置、读写器天线的位置和方位角这三个因素,进行测试试验。首先,通过控制变量法研究单个影响因素与标签群读取率的关系,然后,通过正交试验方法研究三个影响因素同时改变时与标签群读取率的关系。通过测试试验,在单个因素改变时,标签群的读取率与标签的移动速度之间不呈典型的反比关系;标签黏贴于垂直位置时的读取率优于标签黏贴于水平位置时的读取率;读写器天线正对标签群时标签群读取率最高。在三个因素同时改变时,标签移动速度在0.2-0.3m/s、0.5-0.7m/s之间、标签黏贴于左平行位置、读写器天线正对标签群时,标签群的读取率最高,可以达到90%以上。试验结论总结出一般性规律,对指导优化现代化制造业生产线、物流等具有重要意义。
其他摘要Combining with RFID technology, conveyer plays a very important role in the modern industrial automation, for it can effectively save transportation time, reduce human capital as well as improve the overall efficiency of production line. However, there are many factors involving in RFID tags reading, including equipments and manufacturing environment of production line, which will finally have an impact on stability and reading rate as well as the automation status of production line and logistics. In order to improve the tags reading rate, this dissertation, on the basis of our previous research, proposes a manufacturing logistics detection channel system, aiming at exploring the requirements that lead to the highest tags reading rate. The main work of this dissertation is as follows. 1. An overall channel detection system design solution is firstly proposed based on the requirement of real industrial environment. Paritularly, the whole system consists of a hardware system, a software system and a reading rate test system. In addition an automated guided vehicle (AGV) is adopted to imitate the conveyer belt with flexible controlling of goods transmitting and RFID reading rate test. 2. A hardware system of the manufacturing logistics detection channel is designed and implemented according to the need of manufacturing production line. Specially, the system consists of five parts: an automated guided vehicle (AGV), RFID tags, detection channel, RFID reader as well as three antennas and a main control platform. Then the detailed description of mechatronic design and role of every part of the logistics detection system is introduced. 3. A software system that implements AGV control, channel detection control and remote platform control is developed. More specifically, AGV control software is responsible for the control of AGV movement while channel detection control software is designed for RFID antennas movement control. The whole detection system, including communication with the AGV, tags reading control with RFID reader, data analysis and preservation, is controlled by the remote platform software. 4. Preliminary experiments are conducted to explore the working rule of the developed detection channel system.
