Abstract本发明公开多模态自发荧光断层分子影像仪器包括:信号采集模块,信号预处理模块,系统控制模块,信号后处理模块。方法,用X射线成像和多级自适应有限元的自发荧光断层成像,结合数字鼠、重建目标区域光学特性参数和模态融合,确定光源可行区域,根据后验误差估计,对局部网格进行自适应优化分解,以得到重建目标区域内部的荧光光源。自发荧光断层成像的多模态融合成像方式有效的解决自发荧光断层分子影像的病态问题,对复杂重建目标区域内部的自发荧光光源进行精确重建。用液氮制冷CCD探测器、多角度荧光探测技术和多模态融合技术,用重建目标区域非匀质特性的基于多级自适应有限元的自发荧光断层分子影像算法完成自发荧光光源的精确重建。
