摘要 | Using interferencelithographyandionmilling,weshowthefabricationoflargeareaplasmonic nanodiskswithvaryinggeometricparameters.Tunableplasmonresonancesarerealizedwithvarious arrayperiodicities.Theenhancedinfrareddetectionisalsoexperimentallydemonstratedwiththe Kretschmann configuration usingethanolasanexample.Ourapproachmay find potentialapplications in plasmon-assistedsensing. |
