摘要 | In thispaper,anovelmeasurementmethodbasedonnullspacepursuitandStransformis presented todetectthefaultsofthebearingvibrationsignal.Sincethefeaturesofbearing faultsinthevibrationsignalmaybesubmergedbymachine-bornevibrationandthehigh intensityofnoise,itisverydifficulttodetectthebearingfaultsdirectly.Theproposed methodisahybridofnullspacepursuitandStransform.Asasignalseparationapproach, the nullspacepursuitbasedonoperatorcanextractthefaultcomponentsfromthe vibration signalefficiently.Then,Stransformisintroducedtorepresenta “Magnitude- Frequency” and a “Time-Frequency” contour oftheextractedfaultcomponents.Finally, several realvibrationsignalscontainingbearingfaultsignatureareinvestigatedtoverify the effectivenessoftheproposedmethod. |
