摘要 | In this paper, a novel time-varying formation tracking control scheme in fixed-time framework under directed topologies is proposed for multi-agent systems (MASs), with consideration of uncertainties and the absence of the leader's velocity measurements (LVMs). First, a novel cascaded fixed-time state observer (CFTSO) under directed topologies without LVMs is developed for each follower to acquire the estimates of the leader's states (LSs) in a fixed time. Then, minimal learning parameter (MLP) meth-ods combining with radial basis function neural networks (RBFNNs) are utilized to cope with the uncer-tainties. Finally, on the basis of the designed CFTSO and MLP, a new formation control scheme in fixed -time framework under directed topologies is established to solve the time-varying formation tracking control problem.
